I had always take care of my car since I purchased following all the recommendations your technicians recommended, When I take in for services at your dealership I need my car car to be on top shape.
With that been said this last time it was recommended to do a transmission oil change because he said the car was 3 years old and it was what was recommended which it was performed,
But after I got home and take a close look at my car I realized that my car may be 3years old in model but I purchase this car in July so I still have a few months to get this done also the miles on my car are under 30.000 how is that possible that your technicians would recommended something that is no due yet at the time of the service, I feel that I can trust you any more with your recommended services.
For me bottom line if something needs to get serviced on my car I’ll do it but when something like. This happens it’s hard to trust you. Hope you understand my concerns thank you
