Never got a shuttle to take me home. Air bag recall was complete, but the technician did not reset the air bag light on dashboard. Was told by service adviser that it was related to another problem. Took my car to a certified mechanic and he was able to reset my light for the air bag recall in minutes. Mechanic said all they had to do is reset the air bag light. Took him a minute. Not happy with the service from Honda.

At pick up, there was a “system download
“ message that couldn’t be cleared....I had to circle back to get it fixed. As of now, I’m at home, still has a red message “A7, 30% oil” that wasn’t there when I turned in my car 2 days ago.
Hope your service team will get back to me sooner.
