Simply awesome. He explained everything clearly and described what the problem was and how it would be fixed. Michael is a forward thinking guy. He helped me get a ride to/from my apartment just 2 miles away from Freeway Honda. The fix he suggested works well on my car. It's finally back to normal and I'm a very happy customer. Before I came to Freeway Honda, I stopped by a Pep Boy's and Firestone repair shop. I have always been told to avoid dealers due to the more expensive costs and long wait times. We'll, I didn't trust the two repair shops, so I Google Honda Service Center near me. I followed the directions to Freeway Honda. I waited about one minute before I was helped. I was taken to Michael and everything went well and on time. I'm very happy with my experience and will recommend every Honda driver to your facility.
