I am appalled by the lack of service I received. I went in for an oil change and mentioned I had a bad vibration from the engine. I was told it would be $140 to run diagnostics. Wait, I thought I was dealing with experts but that isn’t the worst of it. You have the nerve to comment about my “old” trans fluid (replaced by others with the last oil change) and fail to mention that the car is vibrating like, well let’s leave it at that. What else did you miss in this safety inspection or is this a politically motivated safety inspection? I had to ask again when picking up the car, is this normal? Is it ok to drive with this vibration. Frankly, I was fed a line of bs about carbon buildup on the valves of my CNG motor. Hello. It’s CNG. I know Honda didn’t build its reputation on a 2012 with 79k miles riding like a freight train, so I took the time to google motor vibrations Honda Civic and WOW, I’m not alone. I’ve got at least one bad motor mount and that’s obvious to someone who isn’t a certified Honda mechanic. Look, if you want to have satisfied customers and a reputation that Honda”s run forever you better change your approach to service. I went to the dealership, reluctantly, because I thought a mechanic that works exclusively on these cars for YEARS would immediately understand the cause of the symptoms and at least advise me to “fix the vibration” while continuing to hide the nature of the repair so I wouldn’t shop for it elsewhere. You didn’t even give me that and moreover you defended that the problem doesn’t even exist. Guess what. There is an abnormal vibration and my motor is shaking like your mechanic should be for fear of loosing his job. Unhappy? You better believe it and I’m not finished with this until I get EXPERT service. Please contact me. Thomas ****-****-xxxx.

Oscar was very helpful!! I was in a rush and Oscar was very understanding. He didn’t try to keep me longer than I needed to be there. He was courteous the entire time even though I was hurried. And when he learned that the shuttle just left, he quickly rushed to get me an Uber! Oscar provided great customer service!
