I live in Kansas & come to see my mom in Santa Ana. I purchased in 2005 a new Honda Civic & through the years I have secured dealership maintenance for car at dealership on Beach Blvd. COVID HIT. I finally have been able to come - decided to use dealership in Santa Ana as it was closer. But the best part was my experience was working w/Service Advisor Michael Miranda. I was concerned that what might be needed were high dollar repairs - starter or alternator as suggested by another Honda dealership & AAA. But Michael help me relax & gained my trust - said they would check everything (as opposed to replacing suspected parts) & found/repaired an ignition switch - a pleasant surprise. The car only has 97,040 miles - always in garage & good to find Honda’s product was not falling apart. It was a good experience & what surprised my was an openness to explore a future purchase of a Honda Ridgeline truck with the sales reps. & I even attribute that back to positive experience l had with Michael - some times things do go in a circle if have a good starting point.
