Took my car in to get maintenance , recall and to fix my door locks. They did the oil change and recall. They charge me $150 just to check what was wrong with my locks which I was fine with. But then want to charge me an other $250 to fix when I have an extended warranty on it. The guy was extremely rude snd told me I didn’t and wouldn’t let me explain. He basically told me he was busy and just needed to know if I was going to fix it or not. I told him no I wasn’t going to pay money for something I had warranty for. He then told me ok then your car is ready for pick up. This is the second time I take my car there to get the locks fixed and walk away with the same issue. Very disappointing since this is my second Honda I purchase. This will be my last time going to freeway Honda.
