Initially was offered a solution to repair the issue I came in for and everything went downhill from there it seems like a bait and switch approach. Upon picking up my vehicle and paying the $150 diagnosis fee which was the same cost as to repair the issue. I paid and picked up the vehicle and couldn’t even leave the Honda parking lot without experiencing the issue I had paid to get fixed. Disappointed on multiple levels.

Everyone in the service center was polite (especially the guys taking and brining the car) and friendly they did a good job with the car in a short period of time given all I was having completed. I called in the morning to verify I could drop in for service and the rep was very friendly and helpful. Happily drive a bit further to do my service with you and that’s why I bought my car with you a few years back. Everyone is friendly at your dealership and we encountered a lot of unfriendly people at other dealerships. Thank you for your kindness!

Jeff was great! I highly dislike having my vehicles serviced due the inconvenience and many dealing with the Service Advisors and greeting when arriving. Not a problem with Jeff and the other people I had interaction with.
Excellent! Jeff is the best since 1978 at Santa Ana/Freeway Honda.

I felt I like I was up sold on repairs I didn’t need. I sat and waited for 4 hours.I also purchased two more tires then had to go back the following week... taking time off again... because my tire pressure light came on. No one apologized and no one took responsibility for forgetting to reset it. Very frustrating. Our last service in August was such a great experience compared to this one.

The only this I was disappointed about was when my car was finished they never told the guy where they parked my car at it was in the front so I was just sitting there waiting when they could have told him so I wouldn’t have been sitting outside waiting
