The advisor helping me didn’t seem like he wanted to help me. Had no energy and also showed him a coupon and told him I forgot mine since I brought two vehicles but different transactions since one was my moms, and he ignored and tried charging me more. I am disappointed by this service.
Also my truck and van started acting weird once I got them back. For example, my transmission will shift harshly now. My Apple car play won’t even play one whole song now.... disappointing.....
also, I usually leave the light on automatic and they were turned off.
Also, ac was on and also chair was moved way back.... along with taking my eco off.
It was such a mess.....
I am very disappointed......
only thing that helped me was that they gave me a ride back to get my vehicle at the dealership and made the payment process easy through the phone and in person.
