**** attention to detail. I just picked up my car after hours. Manager in sales couldnt find my keys. My car was not washed, instead it has bird ****. I had to leave it over 4 days for a part that was needed. I told them where the nail was on the left front tire and they said they couldnt locate the nail. I requested they look again and wow, they actually found it. I was never offered a loaner vehiclecafter Jeff explained it would be 4 days delayed. So disappointed in this dealership. I live 2 min away and O try to avoid this place. Customer service is very lacking, incompetence is very much the issue and no sense of customer service.

The customer service was just overall disatisfying. Jeffrey almost didn't have the time to care to hear any of my concerns. My car had a burnt smell after I picked it up and drove it and there was a wire metal stuck in my tire. I had to take it back to be checked on again which I had to wait another 30-40 minutes. The door on the driver's seat was so dirty with fingerprints. The plastic was left on the seat I had to tell Jeffrey if that could be cleaned.
This was not the first time that I experienced this bad customer service at this location.
I decided to take my car here because it is the closest to me but after today and all the other bad experiences, I will look elsewhere.

I came in at 11 am on Monday 5/10, Oscar printed a paper at 11:21 am & asked me to wait for diagnoses on my car. I waited until 2 pm-ish for almost 3 hours & went to Oscar’s desk to ask the progress. He told me nothing has been done on my car yet. My car has been sitting there for all those 3 hours. I had things to do, so I had to pick up my car & left. So from 11am to 2 pm-ish, I waited in vain for nothing. No service has been done. No diagnose either. Nothing has been done on my car. It’s a waste of my time! I told Oscar I’m willing to wait. But for all those 3 hours, he never came to update me about anything.

Saib has always been kind and understanding. I really appreciate all his help in all the times that I have been taking my car to the Honda dealer. But your are some what sloppy and left oil hand prints all over my car this time. The last time they moved things out of its place and didn’t put them back and cut my Strip on my front windshield. So I do not know if I will be taking my car to service there because of the experience that I had.
