The representative seemed to try his best but over and over again the technical teams were not able to diagnose the battery drainage issue. I measured the draw to be 10 times higher than recommended after parking overnight. Battery voltage drops over night is also very quick. Battery doesn’t last more than 1 week of parking. I left a voicemail for Jamie the service manager a while back before bring the car back in but still have not got a chance to talk with him.

I want to begin my comments that Oscar (service technician) and Victor (tech) were wonderful and efficient in completing my service in a timely manner (~4:20 p.m.). I also want to note that from the moment of drop off to end of the payment transaction, the service experience with all personnel, exceeded my expectations. It was following the service, while I was driving to my next local destination, that I smelled a strong burning rubber smell. With the knowledge that the service I had just completed was a seeping spool valve, I texted and called back to the service department at 4:57p.m., asking if I could speak with someone to confirm if it was common for a strong burning rubber smell to be emitted after installing new valves and new gaskets, etc. Unfortunately, the call was not transferred to anyone (tech or advisor), nor was I put on hold. I was informed that I should call road side assistance for confirmation and would I like the number. I replied no, thank you, as with road side assistance, they were not directly involved in the service I had performed and would not have the appropriate context for my concern - before I could request for anyone available to get feedback, the personnel on the phone hung up. Here I am sitting on the side of the road with 3 children in the car, stressed and worried that driving it further would initiate smoke or flames. I am so distressed and disappointed that the response was indifferent, not empathic, and how quickly I was brushed aside. What I needed from Honda was an expert's assurance, which I was not given.

5 minutes after picking up my car from your service center. The battery light on my dashboard came back on. I called immediately but was told there will be no one to check it out until tomorrow. I'm disappointed because I thought who else better to fix my car then the Honda dealership but the problem is still there. The service was extremely pricey. I know you guys mean well and to be honest I'm sorry to leave this negative feedback.
