The reason why it’s because I made an appointment thinking that I would not have to wait too long if I had an appointment. I ended up waiting almost 3 hours for a mere oil change. I believe that if you have an appointment, my vehicle should have priority over the ones that don’t have one. The Service person (Oscar) told me that it doesn’t make a difference whether you have an appointment or not. This is the reason why I am dissatisfied.

changed the battery as recommended to adress the starting problem, but the starting problem continued to exist....took it to the service centre again, was charged sanitisation charges and problem looked into, two days later the problem came up again...did not go back as i got busy and the service centre did not hv staff to come over and address it at my home.
