but not professional .they need to do their promise about time .i called no one answer and make me go back and forth .I hope Honda manufacturers should have more training for this dealer.

Honestly the experience just feels empty now a days like your just a number. Jeff had a nice introduction which is great but when I go in there I expect them to go over the finding on my car after the service is completed. That is not an out there expectation due to I used to get that and I get it whenever I have Saib assist me with my visit. I got a call from Jeff for recommendations for maintenance which I did. It took a really longtime I was there from 8:30 to 12:45. I called Jeff and he was nice but yea the thing bothering me I taking in my car and not getting the report letting me know what's going on because I used to and now it's just like hey were done go pay but yea were all about the customer the only one I have a great experience is with Saib he is great!
