I made an appointment to check if there were electrical issues with my AC. I was referred to the dealership by Firestone. Firestone replaced my evaporator and a full diagnosis on my AC. After repairs they could not figure out why it was not working.
Therefore, I came to the here/ Freeway Honda. They told me I needed to replace my condenser and compressor. A $1,100 fee. They said there were no electrical issues. I contacted Firestone to inform them on the situation and they told me they were 100% sure that the condenser and compressor were working perfectly and do not need to be replaced.
Firestone, took my car in the next day and rechecked the parts Freeway Honda said needed to be replaced and they were working perfectly.
We still Can not figure out what is wrong with my AC. We still believe there is some kind of sensor or technical issue. I believe Honda Freeway lied about replace incessant parts.
My car is still not fixed and Honda Freeway did nothing to help but make this situation more difficult and charged me $150 to incorrectly diagnose my car.
