Oscar is always great. He trouble shoots issues over the phone with me and is always great about scheduling an appointment for me and coming right out to my car when I’m there. I feel personal attention as a customer, which definitely adds to a trusting relationship with my auto service guy. Oscar is great!

When I left I was hearing a screeching and whining noise coming from the back of my car. I stopped by a mechanic and we took a look at my brakes and rotors and saw we needed to change them as soon as possible. I also never heard any noises like the ones I heard before going so it just seems off. Saib gave me good customer service and wasn’t the one taking a look at my car but i was very misinformed by the “inspection” that was allegedly given to my car.

I scheduled an appointment to replace e specific cord (?) that we received a letter about and called last week about. Our brand new (1 year old) odyssey has been cracklings and every single day the audio goes out. Completely out. No sound, no FM, no Bluetooth, no CarPlay, no nothing. The screen crashes and the audio is gone. I explained this on the phone, rearranged my entire schedule (which involves watching my 4 year old twins), only to arrive at my 9am appointment to be told that they had none in stock and the part was back ordered indefinitely. Why was my appointment even allowed to be made? This was a huge hassle for my family. I told 3 different people on the phone why we were coming in. So now we have to wait what sounds like a minimum of MONTHS for this part to potentially come in, at which time we’ll have to drop everything and bring our car in within 24 hours or we lose the part. This is a horrible business model. We are extremely frustrated and it’s extremely frustrated to have such a huge problem with such a brand new car that doesn’t appear to be fixable any time soon.
