The rep was nice, but honestly I feel like nothing got done at all. My car still pretty much has the same issues it did before (parking lights and AC), but now I wasted a day waiting for their mechanics to diagnose my car (6 hours) and they didn’t even diagnose my AC problem which I told them about in the beginning until after I came back a 2nd time in the same day when the AC had completely went out.
