The work done on my car was fine. However…. An oil chg shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours! I had an appt for 10:30 and 1 hr later, and only after I’d asked, I was informed that my car hadn’t even been started. Then after 1 1/2 hrs later it was finally done. I was told that it would be done in a 1/2 hr. What is the point of an appt? If you are short staffed then book further apart! At least inform the customer that it may be a long wait. In 10yrs as a customer I’ve never had this problem.

Very poor service, this the second time I feel upset with this person he is not nice he make me feel, upset and mad the way he acts with me, he is not helpful he is no happy helping customer, and I think if he is not helpful and nice and customer service he should find another job.
