Oscar has helped me the past 4 times I've had to come in for service because of non starting issues with my new Honda. Not happy about that but Oscar has always been professional, polite and very helpful addressing my issues.

I was not given a time estimate for completion--He mentioned "express" thinking this would not be a lengthy visit.
After 1 and 1/2 hour I asked Oscar if he could tell me how much longer, and was told he would look into the status. 50 minutes later he let me know the car would be ready soon. Another 10 minutes and the car was ready to go. This maintenance visit was nowhere near the attentive experience I had with my last maintenance visit. Certainly not what I was led to expect with Honda. Disappointing. . .

Oscar did not explain that the compressor can not be fixed if there is a leak in the evaporator. Then furthermore, the manager behind the desk was rude and condescending. He did not take an attitude of customer service with me and he was none helpful or understanding. I did not appreciate my interaction with the manager. Today’s experience at freeway Honda was a fail!
