I'm satisfied with the service, but the labor cost is too high compared to the parts cost, so I'm burdened to use the service center as a Honda customer, so please check it again.

Wait time for advisor was a little long. Not their fault as they were all busy. The team at service bay was superb. Got the car wrapped up, number placed on top of cars so everyone was first come first served. Advisors came out as soon as they can. I have to say it was a great job done on a busy day in the service dept. Advisor was super courteous. Same with shuttle driver. Sanitation crew was on top of it. Great job

2. Not because use coupon then void some regular services.
3. This car so far still under your services no any outside touch it. You should have respected service (2012 to today)
