I don’t know where to begin. I was told I could either get a shuttle ride to the dealership or that the dealership would pay for an Uber so that I could get there to pick up my car. When I spoke to the service representative he said he would take care of the Uber. I never heard from them or heard from him and by the time I was able to reach someone at the dealership I was told that everyone had gone home and that my car was not available for me to pick up until Monday. This is my daughter’s car and she needed it to travel down to San Diego State on Sunday.

Waste of time, didn't help. Poor excuse to deny a warranty. A window delaminating has nothing to do with rock chips.
Didn't give a **** about our time, didn't care or try to fight our case with corporate. Huge waste of time and never coming to this dealership. SA mentioned he has seen this issue but it's very rare, however this isn't a manufacturing defect?

Michael really took care of us and our vehicle. When I brought our vehicle in, my wife couldn’t pick me up. I told Michael I was going to walk down the street and have breakfast and would be back. When I got back, he said the techs were checking out the vehicle but it would be a while. He offered to get me a ride home. He kept us well informed on what was going on with our vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, all issues seemed to be resolved and our AC is working properly again. Thanks Michael.
