Was not able to make proper contact with my service adviser he was either on a call or at lunch or so he told me thru text a shuttle service was supose to be scheduled at 12:30 and was never done i had to pay an uber and ended up getting a call from a shuttle driver at 2:30pm saying the request had just been entered.

Although the service staff at Freeway Honda were helpful as ever, and although I believe the mechanical service was performed well, because I had to pay out-of-pocket for an issue that justified a recall, and because I have remained so loyal to Honda as a quality auto manufacturer, I can’t help but feel betrayed by Honda Motors. I intend to do everything I can to make sure Honda Motors knows that they have betrayed a loyal customer. I can no longer recommend Honda as a quality automobile manufacturer.
