Was told on the phone on two separate calls to come in for service by 12 for the recall. Mr. Miranda told me once I got there around 11:45 that it was too late and he couldn’t finish by today. I informed him I spoke to someone over the phone and he went to check and then told me it will be done by 4:45. I was not informed that I only had until 5 to come back and that I could arrange an after hours pick up. Once I got there it was closed and I had to come back the next morning. Joe and Oscar helped me out and I was happy with their service though.
