My only complaint is that in order to check spare tire pressure the service individual moved a container snd left its contents dumped all over. Snd the driver seat was moved back snd tipped back and my extra seat cushio was tossed aside

Jeffrey was very efficient, pleasant and made me happy. I can be difficult dealing with people that are not competent. I really like the efficiency in checking in, people coming out and greeting customers. I have dealt with other dealers (Tustin Ram) etc. and they cannot get off their chairs to even see what you want. Most dealerships are the same way, not Freeway Honda.
The only thing I miss is that when it was Santa Ana Honda a car wash was included.
