waited way too long for being one of the first in, 2 hours for an oil change is crazy. Plus I got there at 7:15 at 9:30 I hadn’t received a call or text saying my car was ready and I stepped outside the wait lobby and my car was just sitting there, I wonder for how long, and to top it off I receive the text that my car is ready to be picked up at 11 am, 1:30 hours after taking my car, there’s no reason they should make me wait that long when my car was already ready, if I didn’t check I would’ve been going home at 11am which is pretty damn stupid.
