I understand it’s Saturday but taking more than 3hrs for a regular maintenance service, even with an appointment, it was very disappointing! We almost missed seeing off our daughter at the airport! It was especially upsetting to hear the excuses Jeff Sabraw had to share when I spoke with him over the phone! It was surely an unacceptable experience out of all the services I’ve had. Oscar was absolutely amazing, unfortunately my Honda experience was not great, not even good. When I dropped off my car my windshield had no cracks. When I picked it up my windshield had a huge crack. The manager there will reach out to me on Tuesday but there was no urgency in his voice.
