I did not feel I was fully informed of what to expect. I had to ask questions to find out what was going on. I was not clearly informed of options. I was not informed of pricing before service was started. Also, I did not find a friendly atmosphere - service did not come with a smile.

Alex did a wonderful job helping me out with my battery issue. When asked, Alex took the time to explain to me what exactly was wrong with my car, which I really appreciated. My car was fixed the same day I dropped it off, which was very convenient. Alex was cordial and his customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Honda Freeway to anybody with a Honda based on my experience with Alex. Great job!

There was three things was not happy about. This first time I have to make a comment about my experience and how I was not happy. One about a shuttle ride to go home I waited over a hour and I did not have my name on the list. Second how I got my car back about my tires they were dirty they did not clean them. It was hard to tell weather there were new or used tire.
