We are regular customers for this service center past 5 years . Unfortunately this is the first time , representative did not treated well. Car Service was good but representative was reluctant to answer even basic questions which I asked . Customer service was very poor this time though Car service was good.
Felt bad the way he treated while he was giving answers to some of my questions .
