I have been a commodity manager for 30+ years so I understand what great or good customer service and escalation path are. I have also been a customer of Honda and serviced both of my vehicles 100% at Freeway Honda service center. This last service from Freeway Honda was not great service only good and the communication from both the service representative (Oscar Moguel) as well as the service manager (John Beyer) was unacceptable.
