You fixed some things but now Something is rattling, spring like. That is to say it gets more intense when there’s a bump but settles down when driving smooth. But it’s rattling now and it wasn’t before and I am quite disappointed that I will have to get that fixed which will require me to leave work and drop off my car again. Not only that your shuttle driver failed to pick me before shuttle service stopped for the day (which is inconveniently hours before your closing time) stating he called me. Just Don’t schedule pick up for 2:30 if you don’t want to pick me up. Also, you charge outrageous prices, for what? Just fixing a faulty battery and then leaving a rattle. I got swindled even after I declined a $400 part because it’s “about to start leaking”. I am forced to trust you and you take advantage and all my money and leave me with more car problems.

My only disappointment was waiting for my car to be brought out. A customer after me received her car first. I had to flag someone down for help. Perhaps the cashier should wait for a verbal confirmation on the walkie-talkie to be sure someone heard the car number. Thanks.
