If I have to come back to get my car serviced again I will be asking for Kenya. She took the extra time to walk me through what would go into my car being serviced and timing. At one point I almost took off in the shuttle to head back home but realized I left my keys on the counter at the main office. Before I could get out of the van I saw Kenya walking out towards me saying “you left your keys”. The combination of excellent customer service & maintenance being done under two hours has over satisfied my expectations.
