My best experience with your dealership yet. (once I got there). Check in process was acceptable at 15-20 minutes. I do request that you educate the person I talked to on the phone when setting up the appt, who gave me the wrong info. She said I need to have less than 1/4 tank of gas due to fuel injector related service that was to be performed as what she lead me to believe was another recall for my vehicle. But, Michael informed me that this was not the case.

It took two days to get them to understand the door lock problem and they didn’t get it. I had to explain a few times and it should not take them two full days to get this fixed. After 15 years of getting my car serviced at this dealership I’m not going back there again.
