I came in to complain about a foul smell coming from my AC. The tech said they found nothing. But what they also did, instead of taking the initiative of replacing the filters, is they placed some sort of strong-smelling deodorant on the cabin filter. My asthmatic son was sensitive to it and he complained about it immediately. I had to go buy the filters myself, after work, and replace them myself. This is the second time your service department lied to me. I think it’s safe to say, I’ll be leaving a bad review and moving my business someplace else. To think I even referred a neighbor to you who bought a car from you. Needless to say, I’m not referring any more of my friends and family.

Mediocre Service. Miss. Kenya H. Fail to greet me as a customer also failed to introduce herself and it’s not the first time either . Had no knowledge of the parts being there to replace the driver door weather strip . She put all her effort trying to find why she wasn’t informed about the part “”SOP being already in stock instead of concentrating on service at hand Me The customer. Miss. Hernandez fail to listen to my concerns, failed to evaluate the situation and failed to offer solutions. I asked if the fluid change need to be replace I need to replace to check the front breaks and steering to advise and if vehicle to replace it and offer discounts because Me and my cousins bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. Miss . Hernandez lacks people skills and customer services etiquette. Instead she called and accused that I broke the cover of the air cabinet and badgering about it and being combative and condescending. This person wearing Freeway Honda which everything she does reflect on the dealership as an entity. No compunction on Miss. Hernandez. She said the manager will call me in 5 minutes it was an hour later and the manager Mr. Hall I pasted his text below didn’t even consult with Miss. Hernandez to see what happened so he can more prepare to see what he can do to Me the customer he failed on that part as well.Overall, it was my first time taking my vehicle into service and my last time because of this horrible service .Also, I just find out that I forgot to pay my registration on my vehicle and now- of your so called service advisor noticed either . That’s very disappointing and reflect on how this dealership operates. ****-****-xxxx Deposited a new message: "Hi Marwan This is uh robert from freeway Honda uh concerning your car.
