The sales rep was more interested to make money than addressing the issue. He was rude and ignored me when I decided not to do repairs. They charged $150+ for engine diagnostics but did not even give details on results. After my persistent requests, he just created a page with two lines that listed out cost for repairs. Pathetic service and thoroughly disappointed.

Oscar has a good standard of customer service I went to the dealer for a situation that I have with my 2021 Honda accord car a brake noise problem Oscar very kind offered to check the car and explain that if the car still does not have 12 months or 12,000 Honda could give me a guarantee depending on the problem I took my car to be checked and specifically they could notice the noise in the brakes and oscar put a request to Honda to see if they could repair my brakes or something else because apparently there have been other claims with the same defect specifically on the Honda Accor sport with the rear brakes
