I arrived 10 minutes early for an oil change/tire rotation. I was told that based on current number of vehicles being serviced it should be 1.5-2 hours. 3 hours later it was done. Not happy with the length of time it took at all.

I visited the service center after receiving a coupon for an express oil change. Although that was the only service I was hoping to care of it seems that there were more areas that needed attention. After I was contacted that my car was ready, I was walked over to make a payment. There was no explanation as to what service was done before making a payment. In the past I’ve always been explained what was done and service recommendations for the future. After I left the service center I reviewed the paperwork on my own and read that there were some parts to my car that were described as “deteriorated” “needs attention immediately”. These are alarming notes that should have been explained in detail before I left the center. I’m definitely a little disappointed that I’ll need to go back for additional work when it could have been done in the same visit.

According to the guy my tire could not be patched, but I went to the tire shop the next day and they fixed without problem . Also, according to the guy I needed two new tires already, but the tire shop told me that they are in good conditions. Similar situation with my Windows. Looks like people at Honda want to steal or take advantage of people. They need to be honest with clients. Planning not to go anymore there. 1/5 starts. Horrible service
