They ruined my car! Now it doesn’t start the car at the first try it needs many attempts. They made me pay for another key fob because they messed up the one I had. More then $800 dollars I pay for the service and the problem still there

After the vehicle was taken in at 8 am, I was waiting and waiting. Nobody called back to let me know what was going on. I had to call in. Oscar Moguel let me know that his mechanic was out on lunch at 11:30. He would have to call me back. At 1:30, I called back because Oscar never called. Nobody could find Oscar. I call back at 2:30, frustrated, and met Oscar. He said his mechanic had to call around to see if he can find the parts. Waiting for an hour or 2 more, I decided to come back and pick up my car without having it being done at Honda Freeway. Nothing was done, I was charged around $150 and wasted my whole day. Moguel told me at the counter, my part was ordered and he will contact me right after Christmas. He never called me back, and today is after New Year. I will never bring my Honda back for anything at Freeway Honda. I have had great service here many times before but my last visit was a pain. I will not recommend for anyone to come here.
