I brought the car in for a wheel alignment a couple months ago after changing 4 tires at Costco. Last week, I had a nail in one tire removed by Costco and they indicated the tires had uneven wear. Brought the car back to the dealership to do a four wheel alignment again. After the alignment, the rear right Camber toe is still out of specs and now Oscar wants to charge me for money to diagnose to see if there is more problem with the shock. Probably won’t bring my car back here again

I made my apor at 8am and I was on time and Jeff helped me and I was told that it would only take about an hour and half. When I got there there was 1 other car so my car was taken in immediately. I waited for my car 3hrs. It was only an oil change that was being done. The 1st time I took my car in it only took 1 hour. There were allot of staff members just standing around talking, not sure if that's why it took so long. I will be going to the dealership off the 57 freeway next time maybe i can get better service.
