I came in for an oil change. When I got the car, a portion of the roght side of the car was hanging. They said they would take it off. But The skid guard started to scrape the next day on freeway because it was not secured.
I did not bring my car in with that problem and left with the bottom scrapping. p

Jeffrey treated me well. Clarified some things I thought were part of the coupon. The only issue I had was the actual service of my car. In the notes it said my tires were filled with air to 33 psi. Right after picking up my car and driving to Costco right after my tire pressure light turned on. Luckily Costco has free air tire fill station. My right rear tire had psi of 28. Now I need to check if the rest of the items were actually done.

I was told my oil change would take 1.5 hours. It took nearly 3. Not one person came out to let me know it would take longer than the originally stated time. It would have been far less annoying if someone had just let me know it would take longer than the stated time, which is already a VERY long time for an oil change to take.
I would not bring my van back to this location because of the lack of respect for my time.
