Oscar is absolutely the best service writer I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to assist me resolve the brake issue on my 2020 Passport. Thanks to his diligence Honda assisted in paying for the repairs on the rear brakes. Oscar’s courtesy, professionalism, patience and knowledge are much appreciated.

Estimated time of wait was longer than quoted and that wouldn’t of been a problem but I asked the service technician that did the initial paperwork that I was having problems with my horn and it should still be under warranty. My horn was not looked at nor did they give me any info about it.
