Oscar Moguel has always been held in my high esteem and has the greatest customer service ever! He goes above and beyond to make certain and confirm that I am always happy with the service and he even washed my car for me Which whether he had to do it or not I was very grateful for. And Daniel the transport driver he takes me every time back to work and I never have to wait for Daniel he also has great customer service skills both of them are exemplary employees.. Oscar is the absolute best and I always make certain and want Oscar to help me all the other guys are great too and i feel Freeway Honda is fortunate to have Oscar in fact between Oscar and Daniel and your service are the two main reasons I continue to go there. Alejandro did a tremendous job attending to my vehicle and my situation. My battery died the day prior to my family taking a vacation that required us to drive 7 hours in the vehicle. Although the battery died late on a Friday and I wasn't able to bring it in until 3pm, Alejandro took good care of me and was able to replace the battery and complete the repair the same day.
