I was completely happy with Jeffrey, the work and the service.
My only complaint is that I dropped my car off after hours and left my key in the envelope. There were no pens in the box to use. I had to dig through my car to find 3 pens that all died on me just to leave my information. Pens I supplied to leave my car. I know the quick fix is to walk around aimlessly till I found some sales person to ask to borrow a pen, but why should I go seek it in the first place?!? ????

I’ve been with Freeway Honda for years. While the staff is very nice, I don’t feel the same level of trust after Erick stopped being my representative. I spent over $2200 in one day, and said I was overdue for service for years when I wasn’t advised to do the package that I paid for up until a month ago. I feel very ripped off and might start taking my service to other places.
