When I dropped off my car at 9am, I was informed that "We will get you out of here by 11:30." By 11:45, I was still waiting so I stopped by the check-in desk and I was told that it was going to be another 20 mins before my car is ready. I don't mind waiting but it would be preferred to not be "promised" a time if they can't finish the job by that time. And as I was driving home tonight, I just got 3 system warnings on my car - "Adaptive Cruise Control System Problem", "Collision Mitigation Braking System Problem", and "Road Mitigation System Problem". I guess I will be heading back to the service department tomorrow.

Hector was very bad at customer service. He quoted me first $150 for diagnostic then he changed it to $145, then $154 which I ended up paying. Very unprofessional and I asked for the manager and he said “ He is in a meeting “ I don’t know why he was so rigid and rude with me and quoted me three prices.

Oscar is very knowledgeable and he takes care of my car. I purchased my 2014 ODY brand new from Freeway Honda and they have serviced the mini-van since day 1. I had gone thru multiple service advisors as whoever was available at the day/time I came for service. However, Oscar and his team take care of my mini-van and with the great knowledge of his crew, I feel comfortable to have Oscar and his tech crew to work on my car. I took the mini-van for the regular oil change, and transmission fluid change. Victor checked my car and recommended to change the brake fluid as well. However, I noticed some leaking of the brake fluid and took the vehicle to have the recheck. The leaking of the brake fluid was verified and confirmed. Ordered parts and will be replaced soon. I am very much happy with the service Oscar and Victor provide and will recommend them to friends and families.
