No. I'm very dissatisfied with the service that Alejandro Luna. At the counter he want to charge me for tire rotation after I told Alejandro I have maintenance contract. It should be includes with oil and filter change. He insisting that tire rotation/alignment is extra. After the quote, 10 mins later I told him I don't want to have a air filter and cabin filter change, he told me that the technician already replaced,that's why I ask for the old filters back, he gave me the dirtiest filter which I dont think its from my car bc my car only 14K miles. When we purchased the maintenance contract, we being told that the maintenance contract covered for all the maintenance for 3 yrs or 36K miles.
Alejandro Luna very pushy. Recommend service you don't need yet. I don't appreciate that.

Had a serious issue with our 12 yr old Honda. Not any failure on the part of our AUTOMOBILE OR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED AT FREEWAY.
