When I was at cashier to pay the bill. The lady brought wrong receipt for me to sign. Although she aware immediately but I already put marks on the paper. She then handed me a new one but did not destroyed the wrong one in front of me. She kept it on a file folder. After I reminded her I am not comfortable that she kept the wrong one. She then reluctantly took out the paper, white out it and shredded it. I don’t think she got enough customers service training.
