Alejandro Luna was very efficient in researching my 2016 Honda Pilot's service history at Freeway Honda. He quickly found out what services were due and clearly explained the options and discounts that were available. My concern over a whirring noise turn out to be a damaged rear differential which needed to be replaced. Alejandro discover that I qualified for the costs of this repair could be covered by an extended warranty that I purchased from the Honda Company when I originally bought this car. This, and the deals on my regular maintenance helped make my experience at Freeway Honda very good. I will continue to take my Honda Pilot to Freeway Honda because of the excellent service provided there.
