Oscar kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the two days it had to be there (not including Sunday). He accommodated my transportation issues without my asking. I have a handicapped elderly person at home which makes it difficult for me to go back and forth. To bring my cat to my home was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain and show me all the repairs that were made.
