I had a horrible experience this time with Alejandro "Alex". From the moment he called regarding estimates through pick up. They literally could not find my keys. I had to wait 10 minutes. I complained to Alex's manager, Jaime, but he appeared to be disinterested. I have text communications from Alex to demonstrate some of his poor customer service. He appears to lack product and service knowledge as well. I asked the manager to notate that Alex is never to work with me again.

10 the generation Honda civics clearly have an manufacturer issue with all components of the AC system including the condenser/evaporator/compressor. Honda is just ripping people off by only giving the extended warranty for the condenser even is the condenser leak caused other components to go bad. I will gladly spend more money getting my evaporator replaced at another auto shop just because Honda is being blatantly irresponsible
