I bought my civic because I trust Honda quality. I was so disappointed that it can not start up at the age of only two and a half. Though it is still under warranty and have Honda road assistance service, I still need to spend a lot of time on fixing it. Moreover, I have to use Uber when my car is under repair for several days. There is no any form of compensation. So disappointed

Not satisfied as I took my vehicle for an oil change was told it will be done by 3-4pm Friday never received a call or text. Had to go Saturday my vehicle was still not done missed 2 work shifts because of this. I was informed the case wasn’t even closed and still had to wait more for a simple oil change.
