When I arrived you told me what you were going to do and it wasn’t an oil change which I specified yesterday in person. My car was taken in a timely manner and serviced for an oil change and things were checked- what was not explained. Immediately after I received a text that the car was ready I paid for it and was told to sit on the blue bench and you would bring me my car. After sitting for a few minutes another customer came out, waited, and her care came. After a few more minutes I went back in to ask about my car. I was told sometimes they don’t hear us. Well, you needed to fix that. When I was walked back outside the keeper of the keys said, “Oh. It’s already out here. It was between two cars the opposite way I was watching for it. No apologies, no we sometimes put cars that are done over her- no explanation. Not happy with service. Car is supposed to come back in two weeks which I would not have known if I hadn’t gone back in to ask about the notes. Have a good day.
