For an oil change they said it would take about 2 hours and I waited for 3 and half hours . Meanwhile people behind me were provided service faster then me.

Strange failure in the car. I could drive it but all the electronics had warnings, could not use speed control, etc. Saib found the problem quickly and got me the part. I was unable to wait for it. I had a trip but on my return I texted him and he set everything up, even though he was not at the service center he had parts, paperwork done my car was correctly repaired.
