I'm extremely disappointed with the line of communication with Freeway Honda. This is the second time. I will definitely be taking my service somewhere else zero credibility. I took my Honda Civic for brakes front and back and so the rep. Jeffrey Sabraw mentioned that there was an additional cost of $100 for the back brakes because of computerization. So I agreed for the service. Upon arriving at home I received a call from Jeffrey saying that my brake rotors needed replacement, so now he mentioned the cost of six hundred plus. He never gave THE TOTAL COST. When I looked at the bill it was for $844.45. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. This is bad for business when the total cost isn't mentioned. This Honda Service Center needs to LEARN to communicate clearly.

My only question was why the mechanic didn't consider repair my original part to begin with instead of replacing it with a used one (that ended up being in worse shape than my original one). The repair ended up being cheaper. I appreciated the use of the lianer car given the fact that I was without my car for a week.
