This morning I went in to get my oil change and the guy that helped me take in my car. Was ignoring my question about timing and then when I asked him again he said one moment and went to help another car. Then when I asked again he said to wait for some paperwork and then again went to help other cars. 20 minutes later they finally sent me inside to get the paperwork.
